The ZN-318 trivalent chromium zinc-nickel blue-white passivation agent can be used at room temperature. The completed appearance is light green-yellow. The general corrosion resistance is more than 240 hours for 5% white rust with a film thickness of 8um, and more than 1000 hours for red rust. It has better heat and corrosion resistance than the previous hexavalent chromium passivation agent, and is widely compatible with nickel co-deposition rates of 5-18%. The passivation film thickness is less than 0.1 μm.
